RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Lauraxelle, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchases of women's lingerie. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return and exchange policy is here to help. Please read the information below carefully.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return an item.

Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Be in their original condition, unworn and unused.
  2. Have all original tags intact and attached.
  3. Be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
  4. Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene reasons):

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect:

  • Underwear (panties, thongs, etc.) where the hygienic protection has been removed or that have been worn.
  • Bras that have been worn (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).
  • Swimwear bottoms and one-piece swimsuits where the hygienic protection has been removed or that have been worn.

We kindly ask you to try on your items over your own underwear during the initial fitting.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@lauraxelle.com within 30 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service will confirm the return procedure with you.
  3. Carefully repack the item to be returned in its original packaging.
  4. Return shipping costs are fully covered by Lauraxelle. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  5. Ship the package to the following address:

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact us at contact@lauraxelle.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
