Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items should arrive back to us new and unused, with all original tags and labels still attached.
Return Process

Request an RMA number
Email us at contact@lauraxelle.com and we'll send over a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack it with care
Place the item securely in its original packaging, along with the return form provided.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt. You'll hear from us by email as soon as it's done.
